IMPORTANT INFORMATION
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TEACHING PRACTICUM
1-) Internship schools are determined by our university, the Ministry of National Education (MEB), and our institution.
2-) Students will complete the 8-hour “Teaching Practicum” as hands-on training at the practicum school.
3-) In accordance with the decision made by the Ministry of National Education (MEB), there is no exemption from the “Teaching Practicum.”
4-) 100% attendance is mandatory at the practicum schools.
5-) The “Teaching Practicum” course will begin at partner institutions between February 24 and May 23 and will be completed over a total of 12 weeks.
6-) You must have your “Teaching Practicum” handbook and documents signed by the host institution toward the end of the semester and submit them in person to your faculty members.
7-) The start date for the practicum is during the “Spring Semester,” between February 24 and May 23. It will last a total of 12 weeks, requiring 96 hours (8 hours per week).
8-) No changes will be made to the host institution or the individuals assigned to you.
